My name is Sandra Espiritu, Qualifying Broker and Owner of Enchanted Sun Realty, LLC. I am passionate about my business! Whether it's to find the perfect home for my clients, or the right buyer for my sellers. I am determined, enthusiastic and my priority is looking out for my client's best interest. I listen to their needs and guide them throughout the qualification and home buying or home selling process from beginning to end, and beyond.
I have been a Resident of Las Cruces since 1989. I love Las Cruces and I am glad to be building life long relationships and roots in such a wonderful community. I have been blessed with a wonderful family. My husband is a Lieutenant in the Fire Department, and we have three beautiful children. We take pride in being involved in our Community by participating, sponsoring and fundraising for many local events and organizations.
I have over 13 years of Customer Service experience, including Business Management and Patient Care. I love working with people, being compassionate and helping others.
My Business background and family roots have made me a business woman at heart! Having been around Entrepreneurs and Real Estate Professionals since a very young age, I have aspired to follow their footsteps. In 2005, I decided to start this journey.
