Hello! We're Carl & Deneve of the Las Cruces Home Team with Enchanted Sun Realty. We've been living in Las Cruces since 2010. Although we came to town with no intention of staying, we soon fell in love with the city and the people. We enjoy the openness that is typical of Southwest living. We love having access to numerous outdoor activities, especially the hiking trails and outdoor opportunities on public lands that surround our community.
We also love the culture and history of Las Cruces, the local arts and crafts, fantastic farmer’s market, the great cost of living, the unbeatable weather, and of course the food! All of these make the quality of life in Las Cruces very hard to match.
Las Cruces has become a perfect place to raise our son, Canyon. Not many places offer 2 National Monuments and a National Park as as well as thousands of acres of public lands that can be enjoyed. We love long-weekend getaways to the other towns in the Southwest. We have lived in big cities and visit families in big cities often. It's always nice to return to Las Cruces!
